KANADEN CORPORATION MAKES US$2 MILLION STRATEGIC INVESTMENT IN RSYNQ CORPORATION TO ACCELERATE PHYSICAL AI AND ROBOTICS ORCHESTRATION IN JAPAN
Strategic partnership will support the commercialization and deployment of RSYNQ's Semantic Intent Protocol across robotics, industrial automation and intelligent infrastructure
TOKYO, Japan and TORRANCE, California - October 15, 2026
KANADEN CORPORATION ("Kanaden"), a leading Japanese electronics solutions company, and RSYNQ Corporation ("RSYNQ"), a U.S.-based Physical AI infrastructure company, today announced that Kanaden has made a US$2 million strategic investment in RSYNQ.
The investment establishes a strategic relationship between the two companies focused on accelerating RSYNQ's commercial expansion in Japan and advancing the deployment of RSYNQ's Semantic Intent Protocol (SIP) across robotics, industrial automation, intelligent machines and connected infrastructure.
RSYNQ is developing an orchestration and choreography layer designed to allow AI systems, robots, sensors, machines and autonomous devices from different manufacturers to operate together through a common semantic framework. Rather than requiring AI systems to communicate independently with every individual device and proprietary interface, SIP translates high-level AI intent into coordinated, device-level actions while maintaining real-time awareness of the operating environment.
"AI should not just understand the physical world - it should coordinate it," said Alex Mecl, Co-Founder and CEO of RSYNQ Corporation. "Kanaden immediately understood both the technological opportunity and the commercial need for a common orchestration layer connecting AI with robotics and intelligent machines. Japan is one of the most sophisticated robotics and industrial automation markets in the world, and Kanaden's extraordinary customer relationships, technical expertise and more than a century of experience supporting Japanese industry make them an ideal strategic partner for RSYNQ."
The investment is expected to support RSYNQ's continued development of SIP, expansion of its engineering and commercial organization, and establishment of its Japanese market presence.
Building the Infrastructure for Physical AI
Artificial intelligence has rapidly advanced the ability of software to reason, interpret information and make decisions. The next challenge is enabling that intelligence to reliably interact with the physical world.
Today, robots, industrial equipment, sensors, autonomous vehicles, edge devices and AI systems frequently operate through proprietary interfaces and isolated software environments. This fragmentation makes the integration of multiple systems complex, expensive and difficult to scale.
RSYNQ is addressing this challenge by developing a hardware-agnostic semantic layer between AI and physical devices. SIP is designed to translate high-level objectives generated by AI agents, enterprise applications and intelligent software into coordinated actions across multiple machines and systems. Through this architecture, devices from different manufacturers can participate in a shared objective while RSYNQ monitors system state, dependencies and execution.
The result is a transition from simple automation toward intelligent choreography - environments in which multiple machines understand their roles, dependencies and collective objective and can respond dynamically as real-world conditions change.

Japan as a Strategic Market for Physical AI
Japan represents a particularly important market for RSYNQ because of its global leadership in robotics, manufacturing, industrial automation, mobility and advanced electronics, combined with increasing demand for automation resulting from demographic and workforce challenges.
Through its extensive relationships across factory automation, robotics, semiconductors, transportation, infrastructure and communications, Kanaden is positioned to help introduce RSYNQ's technology to Japanese enterprises seeking to deploy increasingly intelligent and interconnected physical systems.
The companies expect to collaborate on customer development, demonstrations, proof-of-concept programs, system integration opportunities and the commercialization of RSYNQ technology in Japan.
"As artificial intelligence expands into the physical world, interoperability between AI, robots, machines and infrastructure will become increasingly important," said Futoshi Moriya, President and Representative Director of KANADEN CORPORATION. "We believe RSYNQ's approach to Physical AI and multi-device orchestration has significant potential. Through the combination of RSYNQ's technology and Kanaden's industrial experience, customer relationships and solution capabilities, we look forward to exploring new opportunities in the Japanese market."
The partnership also aligns with Kanaden's broader strategy of strengthening alliances with technology partners and developing new businesses incorporating artificial intelligence and advanced automation.
A Platform Designed for an Increasingly Multi-Vendor World
RSYNQ's technology is designed around a fundamental change taking place across robotics and automation: enterprises are increasingly deploying equipment, sensors, robots and intelligent systems from multiple manufacturers.
Instead of requiring organizations to build and maintain separate software integrations for each device, SIP provides a common semantic orchestration layer through which intelligent systems can coordinate across heterogeneous hardware environments.
Potential applications include manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, transportation, hospitality, healthcare, smart infrastructure and other environments in which multiple intelligent machines must work together.
"The future will not be built around one robot, one manufacturer or one closed ecosystem," Mecl added. "Factories, farms, cities, hospitals and commercial environments will contain thousands of intelligent devices from different manufacturers. Someone has to provide the common language that allows those systems to work together. That is the infrastructure RSYNQ is building."
The companies expect to begin expanding joint commercial activities in Japan during the fourth quarter of 2026.
